How to use:
1.Put the shoe stretcher head into the shoes,adjust the position of the rear end support
2.Put rear end support into shoe and adjust dimensions with round handle.
3.Turn the "J" handle adjust the opening and closing of the yellow part.
4:For best result,please keep shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.The longer the shoe stretcher is inside, the more your shoes will stretch.
