Shipment and handling fee

There is always a risk of delay or lost mails send out by normal mail. I will not liable for any delays or loss of items by normal mail. Thus, registered mail is highly recommended.

Return and refund policy

I will not be responsible for any damage that might be occurred during the singpost delivery. All items are inspected before delivery to you.

All sales are final after order confirmation. Return request will not be entertained except in the case of wrong item sent.

Please return wrong item within 7 days in its original packaging.

Note:

- The actual colour of the physical item may differ from photo due to lighting during the photo taking.

- Unfortunately, I am not able to control the production of the product from the factory. The actual product may not always be consistent eg. the product's colour shade may be darker, lighter or the colour of the thread used on the product may not be the same as compared to my photo, design alignment issue etc.

However, reassure that I do not sell defective product.
