It is a powerful tablet with full functionality. Has both desktop and start screens so you can use it like an android or like your windows computer. Keyboard works great. Wi-Fi works great. Access to the internet works great. Bluetooth works great. Windows functions are familiar ones. A little difficult to get going due to a poor (typical) users manual. Ematic could probably prevent a lot of returns from frustrated users if they invested a little more time and effort to produce a "good" users manual. Screen has a tendency to scratch or mar so care is advised. Wonder what it will look like in a year - or two. But for someone who is willing to "tinker" on startup and configuration it is a great little tablet and incredibly powerful for its size.Was this review helpful?Yes (35)No (7)ReportCracked screen1/30/2016Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews1/30/2016by Mtngirl313When I received the tablet, the screen was badly cracked. I'm not sure if it was due to the thin packaging envelope that it was shipped in or the fact that there was no screen protection in the box. I contacted pcrush's customer immediately and emailed them pictures of the damage. The customer service rep was moderately friendly and advised me that a shipping label would be emailed to me. I am still waiting on the label to be sent because they stated they had to file a claim to FedEx first. I was also advised via email that there would be no replacement of the damaged tablet, only a refund, which of course would only be done after they had time to process the return (I'm still waiting on just the shipping label to be sent). I purchased this item as a gift and have since purchased a different tablet from Walmart.com but selected the site to store option and am MUCH happier with that purchase (which I've already received and it even came in two days earlier than expected).
