What is Jasmine?

Jasmine is a flower, white or yellow in color, and some, they can be slightly reddish. The flowers are borne with minimum of three flowers, they can be solitary on the ends of branchlets. They are usually very fragrant and the fruits of jasmines are berries that turn black when ripe.

So what is Jasmine Rice?

Jasmine rice is a long-grain of fragrant rice. Fragrance from the rice plant, naturally produce aroma compounds, of which is the most important. The name "jasmine" refers to the color of the rice, which means as white as the jasmine flower.
