* Warranty 7 Days from date of item received / collection.

* 1 to 1 exchange is only available at our redemption office in case of manufacturer defects within 7 working days upon receiving item.

* Items must be returned in Original Condition with packaging.

* Buyer will need to pay for return shipping fee.

* Exchange/ Refund will only be processed upon receiving returned items.
