PREPARING DIRECTIONS

Add cubes of coral seaweed into a pot of boiling water

Stir occasionally to ensure coral seaweed is dissolved

Once dissolved, leave it to boil for another 2 minutes

Pour contents into another container to cool down

Add lemon/lime juice or other fruits to enhance the flavour

Leave container in fridge for 1 to 2 hours to enjoy the delectable dessert
