Bos Essentials Vitamin E Oil is a 100% Natural Vitamin E oil. Natural vitamin E is more bioavailable that synthetic vitamin E and offers more benefits to the human body. Natural vitamin E can be discerned from synthetic vitamin E (which is made from petrochemicals) by its amber to reddish brown color (synthetic oils are usually clear to pale yellow), by its thick, viscous consistency, and by its distinct smell. Bos Essentials vitamin E oil is manufactured in an FDA registered facility and is GMP compliant.
Instructions:
Bos Essentials Vitamin E oil is a thick, viscous oil. While it can be applied directly to the skin (on lips, scars and cuticles), most of our customers dilute it in a carrier oil. Popular carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond and coconut oil.
To fight free radicals and prevent wrinkles: Mix 2-3 droppers of Bos Essentials vitamin E oil into 4 ounces of jojoba oil or the body oil of your choice. Apply to moist/wet skin immediately after showering and towel dry.
For healthy, hydrated hair: Add two droppers of Bos Essentials vitamin E oil to ½ cup warm coconut oil. Apply to hair and leave at least 30 minutes. Shampoo and style hair as desired.
For soaps, skin creams and serums: Bos Essentials vitamin E oil can be added to the DIY cream or serum of your choice. While it will dissolve freely in oil based solutions, dissolving it in aqueous based solutions will require the use of an emulsifier. Natural emulsifiers include acacia gum, lecithin, beeswax, and candelilla wax.
Warning: Bos Essentials vitamin E oil is considered by the FDA to be an allergen free product. Regardless, always spot test for sensitivity prior to use. This product is manufactured as a USP grade product. Once it is packaged it is considered cosmetic grade and for external use only. Do not use on fresh scars or broken skin.
