How do i place order n inform on the collection date n time?

Before order, pls contact us 66107761 or msg to 97296866
eg. Opted Self Collect small tank rental to collect 218 CCK / 18 New Industrial Rd 
or Opted delivery medium tank on 05dec 3pm n return on 09dec 3pm
Once confirm on timing, u can proceed with order at qoo10
 

What to bring when collecting or deliver?

#1 The Qoo10 redemption coupon or confirm delivery on the spot,
 #2 the $100 Cash Deposit, ( A deposit receipt will be issued )

 

How is the $100 DEPOSIT returned?

The $100 deposit will be refunded back in cash upon return of  the
tank n accessories  in good condition.

How is penalty like for late return or damage?

Penalty apply for late return. $10 per day

How is the tank packed for transportation?

The tank will not with any carrier in the form of bag.
The tank is equipped with
a holding handle for ease of carrying.


 

Can I have other tank sizes ?

Currently, we only offer 2 sizes SMALL or MEDIUM.
As bigger size, will need lorry o r van to transport and it is too heavy to carry.
If u need to inflate 100pcs of 12in balloon, u can get both 1x SMALL plus 1x MEDIUM

Can I opt for Delivery (2-Way) ?

For the conviences of our customer, we provide delivery (at a cost) for 2-way.
Let us know the date n time to deliver n also collect back the tank.
Two way delivery kindly choose shipping mode"others-$45"

Peak Period Orders ?

Due to the overwhelming orders from local companies for year end celebration or dnd
We strongly advised customer to order early, do not wait until last few days prior to event
then order. .We might have to turn down order
