Topping ratings throughout its broadcast, the hit 2011 KBS period drama The Princess' Man has been described as the Joseon-era Romeo and Juliet. Using a real historical coup as the background for its heartbreaking love story, the beautiful drama stars Park Si Hoo (Prosecutor Princess) and Moon Chae Won (Brilliant Legacy) as the star-crossed couple whose fate is tested by the river of blood that runs between their families. Kim Young Cheol (Life is Beautiful) co-stars as Prince Suyang, whose royal ambitions set off a spiral of bloodshed and tragedy. The Princess' Man also co-stars veteran actor Lee Soon Jae (High Kick), Song Jong Ho (Will It Snow For Christmas?) Hong Soo Hyun (Lie to Me), and Lee Min Woo (Life is Beautiful)

The daughter of Prince Suyang (Kim Young Cheol), Se Ryung (Moon Chae Won) often enters the palace to meet Princess Kyung Hye (Hong Soo Hyun), with whom she is good friends. Kyung Hye's new teacher is Kim Seung Yoo (Park Si Hoo), the son of premier Kim Jong Seo (Lee Soon Jae). When Se Ryung attends lessons in the princess's place, it leads to a case of mistaken identity and budding love. What Se Ryung doesn't know yet is that her father has designs on the throne, and Kim Jong Seo is his greatest obstacle.
