This traditional African instrument is a Kalimba or Finger Piano. It is handmade in Kenya, East Africa. The instrument measures 7 by 5 by 1.5 inches. The design on the hollow box will vary slightly as each is unique. These are crafted around the Kenya / Tanzania border, the metal tongs are salvaged from scrap metal.
