1) Please call at least 1 day in advance to make appointment before collection.
2) Please present the voucher code upon collection. You can either print out from your email, or on your mobile device via SMS from Qoo10. Alternatively, you can log on to your Qoo10 app when you arrive our store. We are unable to process your collection without the voucher code. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding.
