All item are brand new, we do not allow exchange for all the items due to hygiene purpose. Please make sure the size that you order is correct before placing order.
If you received a wrong size, wrong item or defected items, please drop us an email with a photo on the item received. We will get back to you ASAP once your exchange request is being approved. All returned items must be in original packing with tag.
Those mail back without tag/being washed or without informing is upfront will not be entertained.
Replacement items will be posted through normal mail unless buyer wants to top up for registered mail.
Replacement only accepted if requested within 5 days after receiving the item. No exchanges will be processed after the time limit. All replacement items will only be posted out after receiving return package.
