What I deem important is results and performance. I am a CNC machinist in the aerospace industry. We use 670 waylube oil to do all of our machining. By the end of the day my arms, face, and clothes have oil on them; not to mention sweat, grease and grime. Then you also combine grinding and sawing metal that happens around the shop sticks to my skin and clothes, creating a "unique" smell. The other problem I have is dry skin. Since I can remember I have always had dry skin, using lotion to prevent my skin from cracking and flaking. Now when I shower after work I can either use a soap that will clean off my work, but leave me dry. Or I can have moist skin but have to clean twice as hard to get my work off my skin. I have used other competitors products that offer what Dove does, but they simply do not work and It feels like my skin has soap grime left on it. Dove not only cleans and moisturizers, but does not leave that soap grime feel. I like the subtle scent and the granules that get all the hard crud off when you need it. In addition, no need for lotion for my dry skin as this soap takes care of that too.
