Terms and Conditions:
Buyer will have to pay for import duties, taxes, charges as well as the clearing of buyer’s own country customs.
All items shipped are brand new from factory. In order to minimize the chances of returns all items are checked and tested to ensure that all parts are present & fully functional before shipping, as such item’s factory seal will be broken for inspection and checking purpose.
Returns/Refunds:
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt for a RMA number. Only return item with a valid RMA number will be processed
All return item that are tested to be faulty will be replaced with a 1 to 1 exchange.
We do not provide full cash refund or shipping fee refund.
Buyer will have to bear the delivery charges incurred in returning item back to us.
ALL RMA return items must be return in good physical condition.
All return items that have been dismantle, abused or damaged in any form will not be entitled for exchange.
Buyer must provide seller with the return shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and RMA number.
All return must reach seller within 30 days from date of RMA request or the RMA will be cancelled.
All return RMA product if found to be fully functional, the buyer will have to pay for shipping fee to ship item back to buyer.
In the case when item is shipped and buyer failed to receive item due to wrong address provided or buyer being away for a long period and failed to collect item from the post office. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
Seller will not be responsible for any uninsured items that are lost or damage in the return shipment. Buyer can purchase optional postal insurance at buyer's own cost.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped within 24 hours after received a verified payment. Except on Holidays.
We will ship the items to buyers via Registered Air Mail Service. Please contact us if you want to upgrade to FedEx/DHL. Please leave your phone number during payment for FedEx/DHL shipping.

If you did not receive your item within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.
