1. Registration for Addestra Learning Centre Education & Training Programmes “the Course” A person (“the Registrant”) who registers through the Addestra website for participation in courses and is accepted for enrolment in that course(s) by Addestra shall provide Addestra‟s Sales and Course Administrator with accurate, complete registration information (“Registration Application”) in relation to the Course applied for. The Registrant shall also immediately inform its Course Administrator via email of any changes to the Registration Application. To update Registrant‟s particulars, please proceed to www.addestralearning.com course registration page. 2. Availability Course enrollment is subjected to availability of seats. You will receive an online confirmation once you have registered via our online course registration form. Otherwise, our Course Administrator will send you a confirmation email for your registration. Reservation made by telephone will only be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and fee payment. 3. Registration Fees The fees include course materials and refreshments unless otherwise stated. Enrolment is contingent upon receipt of full payment of fee and availability of seats in the Course. Such course fee must be received at least 3 days before the start date of class. Addestra reserves the right to change course fees at any time. In the event of such change, earlier confirmed registrations will be honored at the original prices. Registrations confirmed by a purchase order within 30 days of a price increase will also be honored at the original price. 4. Mode of Payment Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Addestra Learning Centre Pte Ltd”. Payments made by cheques shall only be deemed as full payment of fees upon such cheques being cleared and the amount due being credited into „Addestra‟s current account. Payment of all Course Fees must be made in either USD or Singapore dollars. However, note that Addestra is not a GST registered company. Subject to the provisions of clause 3, upon receipt of full payment of the fees by Addestra, registrant shall receive a written Letter of Confirmation five (5) Business Days (defined hereafter) prior to the commencement of the course by email, snail mail and/or fax. “Business Days” means a day (other than a Sunday or gazette public holiday) when Addestra is open for business. The Letter of Confirmation shall include Course administrative details. If you have not received the Letter of Confirmation before the course OR seminar commencement, please contact us. 6. Closing Date All Course Registration Applications and payment must be received by Addestra‟s Sales Executives five (5) business days before the Course commences. 7. Withdrawals & Transfer Policy If the Registrant is unable to attend the Course applied for, a replacement is welcome in lieu of transfer or withdrawal. However, all requests for replacement must be made in writing at least three (3) Business Days prior to the commencement of the Course. All notices of withdrawal must be in writing at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the Course commencement date and a refund (less administrative fee of 10 % of the fees) will be made. No refunds will be given for notices of withdrawal received less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the Course commencement date, or “no show” on the day of the course. Fax number : 65-62344673 For the avoidance of doubt, notices of withdrawal shall only be deemed to be effective upon written acknowledgement from Addestra‟s Sales Executives or Management. 8. Refund & Cancellation Customer cancellation or re-scheduling made within 5 working days prior to the class commencement will be subjected to the 100% course fee. Addestra reserves the right to cancel, postpone or timing of the courses due to unforeseen circumstances up to 5 business days prior to class start date. You will be notified of such time of change or cancellation. A full refund will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of notification of Course cancellation. The refund does not include GST and excludes any interest on the sum. 9. Changes Addestra reserves the right to make changes to the time, date, syllabus, speakers, venue or cancel the Course if warranted by unforeseen circumstances. Addestra will not be liable for the failure to meet its obligations occasioned by such unforeseen circumstances. 10. On-Site Courses For information about on-site courses, please call us to schedule an appointment with our representative who will assist you with course dates, facility and classroom requirements. Customized training courses are also available. 11. Application for Government Training Subsidies 11.1 Who qualifies for SDF Subsidy:        All companies registered or incorporated in Singapore are eligible to apply for assistance.        Training must be fully sponsored by companies.        Trainees must be employees who are           - Singapore Citizens           - Permanent Residents (PR) of Singapore           - Q2 Pass Holders 11.1.1 To apply, register at Skills Connect Site. 11.1.2 All SDF subsidy applications must be completed 1 week prior to the start date of the class. This helps our Course Administrator time to process your application and to ensure that there will not be any delay on the approval of your application. Disclaimer 12.1 Addestra provides the Web Site with information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Addestra does not warrant or make any representations of any kind, expressed or implied, in relation to the information provided on its Web Site. Addestra further makes no representations whatsoever that the information on this site is accurate, complete or current. Addestra shall have the right to change or update the information on its Web Site without notice. 12.2 Addestra shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of its Web Site or any information provided on its Web Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of programs or other data. 12.3 For the purposes of these Conditions, a person who is not a Registrant shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Conditions. 13. Governing Law These Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Registrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
