How to use

- Please clean the spot that you wish to attach the patch with water and dry it completely. (If sweat or other substance is on the spot, the patch doesn't stick to it)
- It is more convenient to use it before going to bed
- It is recommended to reuse the holding band up to 3 to 4 times (as the number of patch) for hygienic reason.
- Please gently push the spot where patch is not tightly attached with palm to deliver heat.

1. Please take out the product and remove the transparent film
2. Please gently pull the patch to both sides. (It helps patch to tightly stick to the spot)
3. Please attach it at first time as repeating attaching and removing the patch decreases its adherent ability.
4. Wear the holding band in the applying area (Wear it securely until it covers the patch applied to skin)
