Redemption Methods (Compulsory)

Purchase verification code or order number are not considering CONFIRMATION for Park entrance and Hotel booking.

Booking must be made with VGO within 10 days upon purchase and at-least 5 working days prior to your visit date.

Email the following details to vgo.concept@gmail.com
* Name (one representative)
* NRIC / Passport No.
* Contact No.
* Date of Visit (fixed date to the attraction)
* No of persons (Adults/Children)
* Verification Code (Proof of purchase i.e. 1 verification code = 1 package )

You will receive VGO confirmation email within 3 working days
Printed VGO e-Voucher is to be presented for verification purposes upon redemption

Importance Note from MAPS
E-Tickets are fixed date and date of visit is not allowed to amend after redemption submitted & it will be issued 5 days before your visit date in general.

Terms & Conditions:
* Unlimited number of e-Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed throughout the redemption period.
* E-vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other items or promotions.
* E-vouchers are non-refundable for cancellation of utilised or unutilised services.
* E-voucher is valid on fixed date of visit only. No date amend is allowed after confirmation.
* No replacement / extension for expired e-Vouchers will be given.
