Operation Method:
<br />1. Connect the power, press on/off to enter the cycle mode with 9 procedure modes revolving automatically. Switch the on/off again, the machine stops immediately.
<br />2. Press the mode key, change to the next mode. 
<br />3. Press the time key, you can choose the timing of 3 or 5 minutes.

<br />Type of program:
<br />1. automatic mode: the 2-8 mode is repeated automatically.
<br />2. Strong: strong fibrillation.
<br />3. mid-range: trembling slightly.
<br />4. weak file: low vibration slightly.
