Smooth evenly over freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin. Apply evenly all over body as you would a lotion. Use sparingly around ankles, knees and elbows. Wash hands thoroughly immediately after use. Use daily until you have achieved the desired level of tan, and then apply 1-2 times a week to maintain. Ingredients
