We strongly recommend that you choose Q Express which allows us to track the location of the item in case the item is lost. If you are buying multiple items from us in one receipt you may also group them together to enjoy just 1 delivery charge under Q Express. If SingPost is used, we do not guarantee delivery as we are unable to track the item. SingPost’s smaller weight and dimensions also does not accommodate multiple purchases in 1 delivery charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Manufacturers Defects - Items with manufacturers defects which have not been tampered with or damaged by negligent use
will be refunded in full orexchanged for the same item.
Wrong item - If an item, differing from your order, is sent to you by mistake, we will resend the correct order to you.
Please inform us within 7 days if an exchange or return for the above reasons is required and return the item to us in its original packaging.
We must receive your item first before we re-send a replacement.
