Must Read Before AND After you Order our balloons:

  1. All balloons come with closure tags. If you plan to deflate the balloons and reuse to help the environment, please reopen the closure gently and make sure all air inside is let out.
  2. Normally for helium gas, the balloon floating life should be at least 3-5 hours. If it drops or deflates, it should not have enough helium gas. For big balloons like signature balloons, usually it uses up quite a lot of helium gas to make it float.
  3. If you use electric pump or hand pump, the balloons will stand but not float, please note.
  4. Please avoid to reach any sharp items such as rings/earrings/bracelets/pins etc. even if the balloons are at deflated condition as they can easily be damaged, it should be handled carefully.
  5. No ties for the closure is needed as it has glue to stick automatically.

Notes for Inflation:

  1. Inflate the balloons slowly, sometimes balloon layers will stick together due to folding/transport. Stop inflating it and use your hand to seperate the layers slowly and carefully before you continue to inflate again.
  2. When storing of balloons, avoid putting them with sharp items or direct sunlight.
  3. Avoid water and humid conditions.
  4. Inflate only helium gas on the day of event to make sure the balloons sustain nicely.
