Brrr - When freezing your memobottle, ensure the bottleis only filled three-quarters. Why? When water freezeds itexpands.
Ouch - Please don't store any liquid warmer than 70Celsius.
Twist - After you have filled your memobottle, makesure the lid is done up nice and tight to avoid anyspills.
