Take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10=20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children: (6 years -12 years) 1/2 the adult dosage.

Warnings
This product must be taken with at least a full glass of water. Taking this product without enough water may cause choking.
Do not take this product if you have trouble swallowing.
