• For all exchanges, please contact us within 3 days starting from the day that you have received the item.
• Buyer will need to provide the reasons/details for exchange and subject to our approval.
• Replacement item (if stock is available) will only be processed upon received the return item.
• Item returned and found not to be in its original package/condition will be rejected and returned at buyer expenses.
• Any missing items or accessories will be subject to a charge.
