To Wear:
* Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.
* Pull the left foot strap up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.
* Follow the same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.
Care: Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air-dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners.
