How to use: • Step 1: Apply primer to each eyebrow. • Step 2: Immediately follow with fibers on top of the primed area. • Step 3: Finish with another coat of primer to lock in the fibers. *Repeat steps 1-3 for a more dramatic look. * Remove any excess primer or fibers with a cotton swab or Q tip dipped in makeup remover.
