DESIGN :I chose this particular one because it was much tougher. I saw that it was made of actual steel wire cable with a rubber casing (very similar to those bike locks but only with a thinner gauge wire).
The handles were durable and the ends were locked with a metal screw lock; which means that the cable is not going anywhere anytime soon. I find that this is very modular and would definitely consider getting the other colors to swap the cable with the handles and vice versa.
SPEED :Since the cable is a thinner gauge, I find that this jump rope is much faster and quicker at slicing through the air effortlessly. I had no idea I could have jumped that fast. This does, in turn, reduces my cardio time from 20 minutes to about 10 to 15 minutes at a sprinting pace.
