About the coffee:

1) Toraja
Full body
Ripe fruit, rustic sweetness and dark chocolate flavour
Low-toned yet vibrant acidity

2) Mandheling
Smooth, full body (mouthfeel) due to its rich and complex taste.
Earthy and intense with herbal aroma.
Sweet chocolate, clean earthy, woody notes flavour.
Low acidity.

3) Bali Kintamani
Light flavour, Medium body and bright, fruity aroma (citrus aroma), high acidity
Not leaving any gritty or bitter aftertaste due to its light flavour.

4) Gayo
Full body. Low acidity.
Sweet aroma.
Cherry notes and clean & pleasant aftertaste.

5) Flores Bajawa
Full body. Medium acidity. rich dark chocolate, with its earthy and nutty taste.
