It seems as if the found the cheapest material available took 2 minutes to sew it. Let me start by saying this costume is extremely cheap, thin, and flimsy. It runs small, but worse than that the top runs smaller than the bottoms do. Don't expect to be able to put warm clothes under it. The stethoscope on the front looks weird. The circle pattern on the legs doesn't go around the whole leg, the back is just plain purple. The skirt is attached to the top and is scratchy. I would not recommend it I honestly think my 3 year old could have ripped that thing in two. I feel like if my 1.5 year old wanted to she could tear it off like Hulk Hogan!!! VERY cheap material. It also runs small, my daughter is big for her age but a 2T typically fits her. The velcro tabs in the back wouldn't even attach because it was not only so snug but it is also very short. the attached skirt/dress was like a tshirt on her. I do NOT recommend this so any other customers for value & fear that a kid might not even make it out the door to go trick or treating with it in one piece. Since that is the biggest size offered we have to find something else.
