Q & A SECTION
How long does delivery takes?
Will mail out within 1 - 2 days after payment made. For Pre-Order, kindly allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. You may wish to state the latest date you have to receive the item under ‘Customer Memo’. We will try our best to deliver on time but we cannot promise or guarantee to meet your dateline.
What are the procedures for a transaction?
1) Agree to our T&C and submit your order.
2) Make your payment. If you select ‘Direct Payment to Seller’, sms seller once payment is made.
3) After payment made, seller will process your order and your order will appear to be ‘On Request’. Delivery will takes about 2 – 3 weeks from date of payment.
4) Warehouse will process your order. If item is out of stock, seller will sms buyer to check whether buyer wants a change of item or refund. If buyer wish to have a change, buyer can sms seller the item code, colour and/or size. If there is any price difference, buyer can top-up or seller may refund the difference.
5) Once order sent, buyers will receive an email notification from seller.
6) Once buyer received order, please log in your Gmarket and click ‘Item Received’ for your chance to draw a Gcoupon.

Can I cancel my order if I don’t need the item anymore?
Sorry, but no cancellation of order allowed after payment made unless seller inform item out of stock.
I’ve received my item with defects. What should I do?
Kindly email seller to inform the matter and state the defect area of the item. Remember to state the item code, your name and/or transaction number too. Seller will then decide whether to change another new piece for you however, exchange is subject to availability and will usually takes about 1 – 2 weeks.
What should I do if I did not receive my item after receiving the delivery email?
For Registered Mail, we will provide a tracking number for you. You can visit http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp to find out the status of your order.
For Normal Mail, we are unable to track the item. You may wish to check and confirm whether the address written is correct. Sometimes, if the parcel is too big to go into your letterbox, postman will deliver to your doorstep. If no one is at home, postman will leave a Delivery Advice at your doorstep.
Please take note that we are not responsible for lost mail, thus buyers are strongly encouraged to opt for Registered Mail.
