I bought these at a Walmart store last year and loved them. They were soft, had just the right amount of stretch, fit nicely (didn't ride up like many boy short styles), and had a soft stretchable waistband of the same fabric as the rest of the panty. This redesigned version is constructed of rough cotton, has a somewhat rigid waistband, the legs are a bit longer in front and the rise is higher (lending them a granny panty appearance), and they stretch out WAY too much. I'm not kidding about the latter. I think the leg opening has stretched at least 3" and they are incredibly baggy. The size in the previous version is rendered almost a full two sizes larger...except for the tight waistband. I'm going to try the 3 pack comfort soft boy brief by the same brand and cross my fingers. It had better reviews. I think I saw it in the store and it may more closely resemble the previous version of this panty that so many of us miss. I can no longer use regular elastic due to allergies so the panties are again, coming back to you. My Gyno suggested boy shorts because they do not have elastic legs and told me a lot of women with my problem had success with them.
