    Tropico Gear snorkels have a separate breathing chamber that ensures that expelled air does not enter the viewing area.

    LEAKAGE PREVENTION
    Our masks feature a stopper than prevents water from flooding the mask when submerged underwater. IF water enters the mask, just tilt your head back and the water will drain out of the emergency drain valve.

    SIZING
    If the distance between your brow bone and chin is less than 12cm, buy Small / Medium. Otherwise get Large / X-Large. Generally, women and children fit Small / Medium, and men fit Large / X-Large.
    Children can use the Small / Medium mask as long as the total distance from forehead to chin exceeds 16cm.

    USAGE
    Tropico Gear masks are best used for casual swimming in mild currents. We strongly advise against using the mask for intense swimming as air flow will be insufficient.

    Children can use our masks, but they should be able to put on and take off the masks by themselves. Children should always be supervised, be confident swimmers, and/or be using life jackets.
