What is the TPE Exercise Band?
The Exercise Band is another form of resistance band that provides light resistance during training exercises and is designed for increasing strengthening exercises during rehab and sports training. You can gradually increase the intensity of your work out as the tension in the band gets tauter as you move from Light to Super Strong.
It helps to target specific muscle groups and tendons with its greater tension than traditional strength training like lifting dumbbells.Alternatively you can combine the your workout with dumbbells to add variety and to target muscles in different ways.
