Q :Can we resue the poncho?

It is not advisable to reuse the poncho although some customer have actually re-used them. The poncho within are meant to be disposable. They can be easily purchased in SKP, camping stores and most value shop. We have tried the thickers ones, most of the brands will fit if folded correctly. 

The TRAVELLER poncho is designed mainly as a easy-to-carry emergency backup item. 

P.S : Note Regarding Non-Registered Mail 

As we are using Singapore Post for the delivery of all our mails, we are not able to gurantee that everything will be 100% smooth sailing. In the event that you do not recieve your mail, please do not hesitate and let us know so that we can check with our fufilment center and try to resolve your issue.

*Some of the commonly known feedback of 'missing packages' usually tends to occur at landed address.
Our the local postman feedback that landed mailboxes comes in all sort of shapes and sizes and some do not have the complicated lock system like condos or HDB. As our packages will vary in size, they might not fit all mailboxes.

*Sending your order to common office address do encounter problems or missing mails as well. It could have been mistakenly sent to the wrong department or it could be taken home by mistake.

The usual practise of the post man will be to hand deliver or leave a collection note for the recieptant.

Do look out for this note.

Hence, it is strongly recommended to use the SmartPAC or registered mail option if possible.
