Your order is shipped to you via Qxpress delivery. Tracking number will be provided and usually it will take 2 to 5 working days during normal period to ship to you.  We will dispatch your item as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

Picobelle reserves the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to any text, illustrations or photos on this website. Photos displayed may also differ from the actual product due to differences in screen resolution, lightning angles etc. 

Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from shipment date. All items must be returned unused and unwashed with the item intact in original packaging. 

 We are always open to feedback from customers and would like to understand what went wrong with the product that has caused customers to request for an exchange. This information will then be reflected to our suppliers.
