    Directions:

    * Open foil pouch u0026 remove product, handle strips with dry hands.

    * Peel whitening strips from backing liner.

    * For best results, apply the lower strip first.

    * Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip on front teeth.

    * Align with gum line u0026 press gently for good contact.

    * Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.

    * Wear whitening strips for 30 Minutes, remove and discard.
