It is a new bumper that combines reliable and lightweight A6063 aluminum alloy used in various industrial products and carbon fiber (carbon fiber) of a new generation material.
A silhouette that fuses a blend of side parts that draw smooth three-dimensional curves made of aluminum and alumite colored with calm tones and carbon fiber parts with volume is fascinated.
While maintaining sufficient strength, the side parts scratched the inside by CNC cutting work, so that the size increase due to wearing the bumper was very slightly suppressed.
Carbon part is carefully laminated (lay-up) carbon fiber and finished by cutting processing.
The wearing of the bumper does not require a tool by the new method "Quick Lock system".
Lock locks the bumper safely and surely by tightening the large screw with the crown of the wristwatch as a motif by hand.
Special silicone is affixed to the part which comes in contact with the iPhone main body inside the bumper to prevent contact scratches and protect the iPhone 6 main body in case of falling by any chance.
