* Place your scale on a flat surface. A hard surface is best for maximum accuracy. Placing the scale on a soft, deep pile rug may affect the weight accuracy.
* Locate the zero adjustment control at the foot of the scale and turn it to the left or right until the weight indicator points to zero.
* Step on the scale and position your feet in a manner that will distribute your weight evenly over the entire scale platform. Stand still while reading the display.
Care: Periodically wipe scale surface down with a dry cloth to remove dust.
Note! It is normal for your weight to vary during a day and from one day to another. Slight changes in your weight are generally normal.
