Our Quality
We adopted french seam method to enhance the lifespan of our product, which we believe almost all professional seamstress do. It may be used for many years, until the fabric has worned out during many many wash, if maintained in proper order. We highly recommend to wash fabric cover inside out.


Effort in cleaning the husk
Husk has been clean again and again for at least 4 times and sun for many days to keep kernals crisp before sale. 
Maintenance of beansprout products
To maintain, just sun the pillow once a week to keep the kernels crisp and odour-free.

Product packaging
All beansprout products are well packed in PP bags, sealed for delivery to prevent water or rain to go into. You are strongly advised to open the bag as soon as you have received the package as beansprout products are natural and requires air circulation in order to keep the product odour-free.

Delivery

For unsuccessful delivery to your address as stated, the package will be returned to us. Your order may be re-processed subject to an administrative fee of SGD2.00 as well as any postage or courier charges. Exquisite Handmade Finds reserves the right to refuse delivery if any amount owing to us is not paid in full or if there are any other reasons preventing us from carrying out the delivery. The risk of loss lies with you during the course of the delivery of the items.
