She was a little interested, but not over the top. At 4.5 I pulled it out again and she loved it. She played with it for hours, but didn't have enough pieces to really go to town. Christmas is coming up, and I am tempted to buy the chateau, but I like this cheaper option. I can buy a set and suggest this as a cheap gift for family to buy.
