I chew 4 to 6 pieces a day for 1-2 hrs at a time. I often notice tissue irritation at my lower teeth/gum interface. Since switching to Simple Gum (3 weeks ago), no more irritation. Have tried all three flavors (prefer cinnamon over the ginger and mint). Love the fact that it is all natural. Use the provided papers to throw the (chewed) gum away, or spit directly into the trash as it will stick to your fingers. GNC is the only place that sells it....love my new habit.
