The herbs in this tea-fennel, anise, coriander, fenugreek and blessed thistle- are galactagogues, which come from the Greek work "galactos:, meaning "milk", and "agogue", which means "bringer of". Women have been successfully using these herbs for centuries to help them breastfeed.
