Such towns had an ancient history of producing the best Japanese Katana swords with techniques being past from master to apprentice for hundreds of years. With the current cultural emphasis on peace, many blade making shops now focus their skills of folding steel on creating some of the world's finest knives. Please choose only the greatest blades from craftsmen that are both affordable and trusted! ................................ Use & Care: Please do not use these blades for cutting frozen products or bones. It may effect the integrity of your blade. Only sharpen with a Japanese sharpening stone or have it done by a professional. Wash by hand with warm water and then towel dry. Keep your knife stored away when not in use.
