All items and accessories would be double tested before shipment.
To be guaranteed in brand new condition and work perfectly...
All items will be shipped within specified processing time， following receipt of payment (except Saturday and holiday).
By defaulty the order would be shipped via EMS，DHL，UPS or ChinaPost Air， which may take 5-8 days for delivery.
( We will not be responsible with unexpected delay like custom`s process， weather condition etc...).

Custom

The order will be delared as gift or lower value to eliminate&minimize the your custom`s tax， and easy the custom proceeding.HOWEVER - In certain countries， you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value， or in certain categories， do not incur taxes.
If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country， and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether)， just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling， packing， declarations， invoices， etc.) in the comments field during checkout. we are more than happy to follow your instructions.

Refund policy

Please do not give bad feedback immediately once you receive the wrong or damaged items.
Please try to contact us to slove that problem first.，          
Please ensure  the item will be returned in good condition with original packing， We will send new replacement or refund once the itme is received.

Guarantee

If this item is defective upon receipt， customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one.(buyer should include all original items undamaged in resaleable condition， thanks).
