• Upon confirmation，we will send a mailing address to return the products.
• Faulty products must be returned with its original packaging including accessories/manuals/and other related items to us.
• Delivery costs to return the products covered by customer.
• Snapid will cover delivery costs of replacement/repaired products to customer.
• Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranty claims which do not fulfill the conditions above will not be processed.
