I had plans to give this to my niece, but then ended up keeping it for myself as I was worried the small sharp sticks would be dangerous for a 5 year old. Nevertheless, I am so happy I kept it because the art that it produces is fantastic. During my free time, I am often drawing and sketching fashion illustrations, so this is a perfect medium to experiment with and show off to my clients. The rainbow scratch off exposure reminds me of being a kid in art class when they first came out and were trendy. It comes with plenty boards and fun frames to display your favorite creations. The variation of sheets keeps things interesting, especially for my creative little niece- I especially love the light catcher. This product is easy to use and really yields a lot of fun and creativity. I also appreciate that it comes with stencils to help guide my artistically-challenged self as well as inspire my young niece. Overall, this is a fun product to share a creative experience with a young one or to keep them distracted while exercising creativity muscle.
