Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please register your product online and open a ticket. All returns/exchanges must be within 72hrs of receipt of the products purchased, and the goods must be unused and in original condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags.

Please send the item with a note attached stating what is wrong with the product, your name/address along with your email, order number and the approximate purchase date.

Returns will only be processed after we receive and assess the returned item. The returns may be rejected should there be signs of use or if there are parts of the packaging that is missing from the returned product.

Exchanges

At Zig International customer satisfaction is what counts. There is no restocking fee charged on exchanges. All purchases are processed with full extensive care to meet our customers’ needs.
