HOW TO USE??

     Before each use, rinse mouth with water,place device into your mouth, gently close your mouth. Adjust the mold to fit your  upper or lower jaw.To use on upper TeeTh: place the mouth guard between the upper teeth and lip,and bite tabs between your upper and lower teeth.To use on lower TeeTh: Flip the mouth guard over. place between your lower lip and bottom teeth, and place bite tabs between your upper and lower teeth.We recommend disinfecting your guard with standard denture cleanser once a week.
