Directions
Basic Amaranth
3 Cups Cold Water
1 Cup Arrowhead Mills Amaranth Put amaranth and water in saucepan with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Grains will absorb water and bind together. Makes 3 cups. Store in a cool, dry place.Free OfGMOs.
