DESCRIPTION

Bon Chef has been dedicated to manufacturing and supplying the most durable products available to the food service industry. Bon Chef builds all our millwork items in Lafayette NJ. Material used is a combination of veneers and solid wood moldings and corners . The veneers are an 8-ply furniture grade plywood with a hardwood veneer and is 100% formaldehyde free. The finish is a 3-step process with multiple coats of high-grade nitrocellulose lacquer.  It is water resistant and heat resistant up to 180 degrees, although direct heat should never be applied to wood surfaces. Chips and scratches are easily repaired.
